Chef Giuseppe encourages your guests to gather round, watch and participate while we prepare the meal. We start with small bite appetizers, and hors d'oeuvres, then salads and on to entrees. The can enjoy a glass of wine, ask questions and participate in lively dialogue. Guests can sear their own steak or complete the finishing touches of sauces and garnishes. we can explain our techniques, discuss where we source our specialty foods, and share pro-chef tricks your guests can use in their own kitchen.

We are hopeful that this will be our final Covid restrictions announcement and how we are currently operating and what our policies are during Codid-19 restricted periods
But to confirm, our service resumed after the latest announcement that restrictions had eased. However, in light of Covid-19, private chefs were given more stringent operational procedures to follow to ensure your safety as well as their own.
That being said, we trust our clients know the guidelines applicable in their area. As the host, you are responsible for understanding the regulations and ensuring anyone in the house are adhering to them.
Chef Giuseppe is very mindful of these rules, restrictions and especially the safety of his clients. Due to the restrictions that are presently in place in the Windsor/ Essex region of Ontario.
For a small group of 4 the chef will be able to prepare, cook & serve each course to you and your guests. A gratuity is entirely up to the hosts discretion, but for larger groups of up to 12 guests, you will likely require a server for timely table service. If so, we will happily refer one of our servers to you.
I am a professional chef, current owner of The Chefs Table. I have spent most of my 22 year career working in 9 countries for a number of establishments in a variety of capacities, including the hotel sector with Hilton International in Japan, Hong Kong, Egypt, Israel & Dubai.
My techniques and styles are heavily influenced by the Italian Mediterranean cuisines, but I take a lot of inspiration from the food and flavors I have been exposed to during my travels.
How often have you hosted a dinner party and instead of having fun you were exhausted by the time the last guests left. Don’t waste time standing in grocery store line-ups, cooking and preparing the meal. Let your personal chef take care of all the dinner details including all the shopping, cooking and serving. The chef can also suggest wine pairings with each course. This will leave you with more time to spend with your guests and enjoy their company. How it works! On the day of your even the chef will arrive 1-2 hours (depending on the menu) prior to your expected guests arrival time at your home with all the necessary ingredients and cooking utensils for preparing your menu. Arriving guests are greeted to a chilled flute of bubbly Prosecco kicking off the evening as a pre-dinner informal course served standing while mingling. Chef introduces us to a few attractively showcased buttlered hors doevres or displayed charcuterie board with an array of selected cured meats, aged cheeses, fruits, Persian tree nuts & accompaniments … described as the “best part of the meal,”… food that creates an atmosphere of fun and friendship prior to being seated at the table.
